My work as a mental health counselor/clinician and Integrative health coach, my path and goal in life is to enlighten people, to reach them, to help them feel like they are not alone in their struggles and that there is a path to a better life! I inherently believe that every person has the right to be fully engaged in their life and find inner peace.
Our thoughts, behaviors, patterns and views of the world are a product of our upbringing, experiences, environment and the people we choose to spend time with. This effects how we function in the world, experience joy, pain and fulfillment as well as how we handle crisis and the tough stuff. Life is not defined by the experiences that happen to us, it is how we handle what happens to us that creates our destiny. We have a choice in this life.
Working with an introspective and holistic approach using cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness and integrative theories, we will work together to unravel old habits, patterns and blocks that are standing in the way from being your best self! We will rework your lifestyle through diet, exercise, self care and coaching to balance your life in order to live the way you are intended to.

This program lasts for 3 months and will help you create healthy eating habits and form daily exercise routines that fit your lifestyle. Included are 6 one-on-one 45 minute calls with me, Facebook Community with people going through the same program.
